Search for your favorite wine

Search below to find the wine you want. This could be a year, winery, type of wine or any other term. If you need help, see our search tips below.

  1. Type a search term:

  2. Choose a wine room:

Search Tips
  • A single word usually works best.
Example: Enter Opus to see all Opus One, and all other wines that contain the word Opus in the name, designation or description.

  • If you want to match multiple words, put a plus sign (+) in front of each word that must appear. This is the best way to get the results you'd normally expect.

Example: Enter +Mondavi +Reserve to see all wines containing both Mondavi and Reserve in the name or description
Example: Enter +Caymus +Cabernet +1990 to see all Caymus 1990 Cabernets

Do not leave a space between the plus sign and the word that must appear (but do leave a space after a word before the next plus sign)

  • Use quotation marks (") around words that must appear next to each other.

Example: Enter "Silver Oak" to see all wines that contain the words Silver and Oak adjoining each other.

If this does not give you what you are looking for, try using pluses before each word instead of quotes.

  • If you enter multiple words without preceding them with plus signs or enclosing them in quotes, all wines containing any one of the words will be displayed.

Example: Enter syrah shiraz to see all wines that contain the word Syrah OR Shiraz

Advanced Search Tips

  • You can use a minus sign (-) in front of a word to exclude that word.

Example: Enter +Cabernet -1998 to see all wines containing the word Cabernet but not containing 1998

Do not leave a space between the minus sign and the word that must not appear.

  • The search terms can be in the name or description of the wine. You can also match the lot number. We have even coded common regional descriptors to match.

Example: Enter +Pinot +plum to see all wines that contain both the word Pinot and Plum in them.  This would generally show Pinot Noirs with plum flavors in the wine description.
Example: Enter Pomerol to see all Bordeaux from Pomerol
Example: Enter Loire to see all wines from the Loire.

  • You only need to enter part of a word for it to match.

  • The search is not case sensitive.

  • We do not use diacritics. Enter letters without diacritic marks to get the correct search results.

  • We do use common abbreviations.  Try TBA instead of Trockenbeerenauslese, etc.

If you see too many search results - you should narrow your search by proceeding all words with plus signs !
