A summary Email is sent to all winners soon after auction close with a list of all items they won and their winning bids. Full invoices are Emailed within 24 hours of auction close. If you registered as Will-Call be sure to contact us with your credit card number or update your registration information on our secure server and then drop us a line. If you are paying by money order or bank check, these are due here by, (date to be posted upon wine being confirmed), and will need to be sent express, after posted date. This is a brokered auction of stock resting in London. Wine from this auction is scheduled as follows: (1) Sales are confirmed and charges run upon confirmed delivery of wine to our in-bond warehouse in London. (2) Allowing time for transport and customs clearance places expected arrival in West Linn in August or September. See our shipping policy for this time of year. Contact us immediately if you have a special shipping request or would like wine held.
Remember, a buyer's premium of 12% is added to all items for new bidders. This declines to as low as 6% for frequent winners in the Oak and Mahogany Rooms as well AuctionVine Rooms. This is by far the lowest buyer's premium program of any licensed wine auction. See Other Charges for more information.
